The James Apartments, formerly the historic James Madison Hotel are right in the heart of Downtown Norfolk, Virginia, steps from the new Arts District, historic Freemason and the Elizabeth River waterfront. In its heyday, the James Madison Hotel had more than a few stories written in its spacious halls. From soirees in the grand ballroom to rising stars in residence. The James now hosts a 24-hour fitness center, a piano lounge and a cyber café. The newly designed, contemporary, chic and elegant complex has ten (10) different floor plans, each offering something unique and distinctive for your living experience. You’ll find a gorgeous studio apartment, spacious one bedroom lofts and distinctive layout that allow you to add your own personality and style. Each unit is outfitted with high end windows, double thick floors, gallery walls and modern finishes. Bay Electric was responsible for the infrastructure and general construction consulting.
